The Heartland Conservation Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the restoration and preservation of America's natural landscapes. We are continuously reclaiming land and urban sprawl and developing it back to natural prairies, forest and wetlands. Currently our organization has planted over 5,000 trees, reclaimed many acres of natural prairies and restored forests. We also promote organic farming, sustainable agriculture, green building and responsible land and wildlife management.
